Welcome to the Transcultural Research and Education Consortium (TREC) website! We are an affiliation of graduate students drawn from across Florida State University who are united by shared research interests in international and intercultural topics.

TREC was founded by students of the Sociocultural and International Development Education Studies (SIDES) program to fill a perceived void in cross-college graduate-level communication and collaboration. To this end, our site features a number of international/intercultural resources, member profiles to facilitate partnerships with like-minded researchers, and a bulletin board system where relevant professional and academic news and opportunities may be posted, students can obtain peer critiques of their work, or social events may be organized.
