- reform of science teaching from kindergarten through the university,
- the role of teacher beliefs in changing teaching practices,
- the role of argumentation in the teaching and learning of science,
- the role of the Nature of Science in science literacy,
- how we should approach Science for ALL.
- multicultural issues in the teaching of science,
- the cultural influences on the learning and teaching of science,
- how conceptual change theory allows for an understanding of science teaching and learning,
- the use of advanced electronic technologies in the development of science curricula.
