Andrew Oseroff is an emeritus professor of Special Education at The Florida State University. His areas of interest are learning and emotional disabilities. His primary research interest is the maltreatment of children and its impact on the social and cognitive development of students with disabilities and the implications these findings have on the preparation of teachers of these students.
