Department Deadlines

“Fellowship Consideration” is the deadline for applicants considering the University and College of Education Fellowships.

“Priority Consideration” is the deadline for Higher Education applicants wishing to attend Visiting Days and for all applicants interested in graduate, teaching and/or research assistantships.

Higher Education applicants will be considered for fall admissions only.

The deadline date is December 1, 2011.

All dates are firm. Students are highly encouraged to apply early to allow ampletime for admissions review. Only files with all required materials, includingthe official GRE score, will be submitted for consideration. Files completedshortly before the deadline date, or thereafter, will be reviewed for a latersemester, if the student submits a new application for a future term. Prioritywill be given to students with completed files several days ahead of thedeadline dates.

If files are incomplete butapplicants wish to take courses, then complete the non-degreeapplication. All applicants hoping to matriculate into a program are allowed totransfer up to 12 hours of non-degree credit, as long as the courses arerelevant to the area of interest and suitable grades are earned. Please beaware that the same deadline dates apply.
